Speculations have arisen here and there for an official cast of the film adaptation of E.L. James best-selling erotica novel, "Fifty Shades of Grey." Countless names of well-known Hollywood stars have been mentioned as potentials to play the lead roles of Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele. With so many names it's practically impossible to keep track. To make things easier, here are the top ten actresses wanted for the role of Anastasia Steele.

Ever since E.L. James' BDSM-themed novel had been released to the masses, fans of the books demanded for a film adaptation. Obviously, fans of "Fifty" got what they wanted because two production studios namely Focus Features and Universal Studios is currently working on the film adaptation.

The film based on the S&M novel is set to debut on summer of 2014 which means casting for the film is sure to take place any time this year. However, fans have waited patiently for an official announcement but to no avail still no Christian Grey or Anastasia Steele has been cast.
