The Bravado Rat Loader, the muscle car that disappeared in TU 1.07 and can no longer be stored in the online garage on GTA 5 Online, is reportedly coming back for a limited time.

Spotted by Examiner on Rockstar Support web site, even the mods will be available for free for a limited time, though this has not yet been specified as to when the timeframe will be.

"We plan to make the Rat Loader and its mods free in game for a limited period of time in the future. As a result, you'll be able to own and store this vehicle again permanently," said a post from Rockstar's support web site.

According to the report, this is evidence of developer Rockstar listening to the complaints of its community, as a lot of people have disapproved of the removal from GTA 5 Online garages, as well as the classification of the Rat Loader as a utility vehicle.

SimCity to finally get offline

Following the announcement of SimCity mods becoming official with ample restrictions, EA and Maxis has just announced that the long-awaited change for the game--allowing offline modes--is finally an official move.

Patrick Buechner, general manager of Maxis Emeryville studio, has announced via a blog post that the Update 10 will bring offline as a free download for all SimCity players. This way, any downloaded content will be accessible anytime and anywhere even without an Internet connection.

For now, the Offline mode is still being tested to release a more polished version. Update 10 will let you play solo in Regions, and saved games will be stored locally. Online game is still vital, as it will also be the only way to access the Multiplayer, the Global Market and Leaderboards.

It seems that bringing Offline is also related to the new rules for SimCity modders. "Bringing the game Offline means big things for our wonderful community of Modders. They can now make modifications to the game and its components without compromising the integrity of Online game."
