‘GTA 5 Online’ Expected PS4 Details, Beta Disconfirmed And New GTA Online Creator Special Jobs
As perplexed as some fans may be regarding the lack of announcements and updates of the "GTA 5 Online" PS4 and Xbox One version, this may be the time to rejoice. Once the next issue of Official PlayStation Magazine releases, fans can access more Los Santos goodness.
This bit of information was spotted by Gamepur, which reports that there will be a "massive info blowout" related to the "GTA 5 Online" for PS4 (and presumably, the Xbox One, given the similar content for both versions). According to the report, fans can look forward to 10 pages of "Los Santos Loveliness," which will bring in more details about the versions, as well as some sweet screenshots to keep fans satisfied until the awaited November 18 as the release date.
That should be enough to keep fans at bay and hopefully avoid the fake beta invites that have been circulating on the net. VG 24/7 reports that a pre-release beta has been going around for the "GTA 5" supposedly for the PS4, Xbox One and PC version of the title.
The scam, as the developer called the circulating feature, should be avoided by fans, as Rockstar Games did not given a go signal on any pre-release betas for "GTA 5 Online." In fact, Rockstar even created a page that serves as a warning against accepting the scam, as seen in this link. As the developer puts it, fans should beware of the program, as it may involve some online phishing scam.
In the meantime, "GTA 5 Online" players on the PS4 and Xbox 360 can enjoy some new jobs that have been verified by Rockstar Games. For this round of new jobs, the theme goes back to nostalgia for those who want to go back to the days of San Andreas.
Players can enjoy a total of seven different Races from the new lineup of available jobs, including SyxTnyne's Dam Rider for two-wheel races across the East Vinewood. There's also A Home in the Hills for those who want to go through Sandy Shores and the Baytree Canyon. For those looking to take flight, N.O.E. is an Air Race across Blaine County, where you need to go low-key while keeping one eye out for other flyers.
The Vice City ringer Bloodring Bangers takes the Demolition Derby-esque vehicles and ups the race a notch with inverted ramps all over the ULSA campus track where you would have to be wary of Speed Boosts and weapon pickup during the race. Little Loop goes after the classic San Andreas circuit going through Downtown Vinewood to the Los Santos airport and then to Grove ST. by CJ's old house. Lastly there's Wrong Side of the Tracks, which engages motorcycles in a race through narrow tunnels for a close-till-the-finish extravaganza. Check out the Rockstar Newswire for the new verified Deathmatches.
