HTC One S, HTC One V hit Australian Shores: Where to Buy
Aussies will finally get their hands on a cheaper yet high quality smartphone with the inception of HTC One V and HTC One S and HTC One V in the market.
Starting tomorrow, Virgin Mobile and Optus will offer its inexpensive smartphone - HTC One S. Telstra, on the other hand, will offer the device on July 17.
Australians enjoyed the HTC One X. However, some consumers find the device too big. Now, Aussies will now have the option with the thinner and slimmer HTC One S and HTC One V, which are some of the first smartphones introduced by the Taiwanese manufacturer.
There is no news yet if Vodafone will be offering this device. The HTC One S has a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 1.5GHz dual core processor with 1GB of RAM. It also sports an 8MP camera that operates on the new HTC Image Sense. Enjoy music with the Beats Audio enhancements, or enjoy the sounds while you watch a movie or video on the 4.3 inch display.
HTC One V comes with a standard 1 GHz single-core processor and 512MB of RAM. The device also have a microSD card slot for memory expansion up to 32GB.

Optus - The networks offers the HTC One S under the $30 and $50 plan. Under the $30 plan, user will pay additional $11 per month for the handset repayment. The $50 plan is the best offer under Optus because you can get the device for free. Both have 24 months lock-in period.
The HTC One V, on the other hand, is available under $30, $50 and $80 plans. You can get the device for free under a 24 months lock-in period.
Virgin Mobile - Virgin Mobile seemed to offer the best deal with its $39 plan that gives the HTC One S for free. However, user is under a contract within two years. Virgin Mobile is not offering the HTC One V.
MobiCity - Online seller MobiCity offers the unlocked with 12 months warranty HTC One S and HTC One V for $599 and $349, respectively. While shopping at MobiCity, get your accessories as well.
Online Stores - There are different websites that offer the HTC One S and HTC One V such as ElectronicsBazaar and SimplyElectronics.net. The lowest value is $456 for an unlocked device.
Virgin Mobile offers the best deal for the HTC One S so far. However, if you think that the 24-months lock-in period is absurd, you may opt to buy at online retailers. But everyone is advised to be careful when shopping online to avoid scams and fraud.
