HTC One: Verizon HTC Smartphone Price Cut Down to $49 at Best Buy, Includes Blue Colour Option
Verizon recently made the HTC One smartphone available to the consumers after a very long wait, but now, the Taiwanese Android flagship's price has been cut down to $49 at Best Buy and the blue colour option is available.
The Verizon HTC One at Best Buy is offered at a price of $49.99 on a two-year contract. This is a very appealing deal since the HTC One has a contract price of $199 at Verizon while other online retailers selingl the smartphone at $149.99 price.
Additionally, Best Buy will offer the Verizon HTC One in silver and the new colour option of blue. Sprint exclusively offers the red coloured HTC One and the black option appears to be unavailable.
According to The Christian Post report, HTC will be adding another colour option to the HTC One smartphone. Leaked images of a gold HTC One model surfaced online in the early part of September showing off the smartphone with the new colour choice.
The Taiwanese smartphone manufactures appears to be stepping up the competition with rival companies like Apple, Samsung and Nokia that offers colourful smartphones. The HTC One features and specs include a 4.7-inch Super LCD3 Full HD screen display with 1920x1080p resolution, the 1.7GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor and 2GB of RAM.
Other features and specs are the 4MP UltraPixel rear-facing camera with the Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) feature, 1080p video recording, 2300mAh battery, 2.1MP front-facing camera, support for the 4G LTE network and the available non-expandable internal storage capacities of 32GB or 64GB.
The Christian Post further reports that the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update for HTC One will become available to the U.S. smartphone owners in the near future. "About 4.3 update for HTC One. The same Twitter account claims the HTC Sense 5.5 update will not officially roll out until after the HTC T6, or also identified as the HTC One Max, has been released later this September.
