The Huawei Mate 8’s regarded as a highly advanced flagship smartphone with a very big display. Compared to other phones like the iPhone 6s Plus, Nexus 6P G4, Galaxy Note 5, the Mate 8 tops the list in screen size.

Powered by the company’s own Kirin 950 SoC, the phone’s a delight for those crazy about large display sizes. While some may argue about the difficulty of holding a large sized device, others feel its size defines sophistication and power, records Phone Arena.

Rumoured to appear in three versions, the Mate 8’s got three screen options to offer: a 6.2-inch screen; another 6-inch screen and the smaller one with 5.5” or 5.7-inch screen size.

Slighter bigger than the Apple iPhone 6s Plus, the Mate 8 measures 6.19 x 3.17 x 0.31 inches and weighs a little less at 185 grams. On the contrary, the iPhone 6s Plus appears in dimensions of 6.23 x 3.07 x 0.29 inches at a weight of 192 grams.

Check out the Google Nexus 6P that’s huge, too, measuring 6.27 x 3.06 x 0.29 inches and 179 grams weight. The Samsung Galaxy Note 5’s the smallest of all at 6.03 x 3 x 0.3 inches at 171 grams.

All the four high-end flagship models have big displays, but the Mate 8 edges past all with its bigger size. Designers have put in every effort to design the impressive size of the Mate 8 and its super-thin bezels render the highest screen to body ratio.

Several leaked images of the Mate 8’s doing the rounds of the web and you can get a pretty good idea about how the phone will look for real. All three Mate 8 versions will run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with 3 GB or 4 GB of RAM and profound internal storage.
