Rumours and news about the iPhone 6 is expected to continue to pour in until the much anticipated Apple smartphone release probably next year. In fact, a recent report by the DigiTimes claimed that the next generation smartphone from Apple will be manufactured by the Taiwanese company, Foxconn. This report is backed up by another report made by Tell Me News saying that the iPhone 6 will me mostly manufactured by the Foxconn plants in China.

While some make take offense to the previous Foxconn employee practices and antics, there is another reason to be happy as Apple is rumoured to be utilising other manufacturing partners to create the iPhone 6.

According to another report by Jobs 'n Hire, the Sept 2014 release date is less likely than the rumoured May release of the iPhone 6. The Web site further reported that the iOS 7 will make a return along with the 64-bit A8 new gen processor.

Meanwhile, the patent that Apple filed in March is now coming to the public sector. Basically, this patent which is labelled as "Voice-Based Image Tagging and Searching" allows users to tag photos with voice command. This feature is thought to allow users to search and tag photos conveniently. For instance, you can use natural voice commands such as "This is us on Christmas dinner," to tag people who showed up on the family dinner on Christmas eve.

In the iOS 7, Apple made a photo-sorting feature that allows users to browse their images based on the location and time taken. This new patent, on the other hand, allows Siri to go through the photos and tag photos and identify landscapes and buildings.

This technology expected to arrive for the next generation iPhone along with the rumoured sapphire screen in the spring of 2014, similar to the fingerprint ID of the iPhone 5s according to the iPhone Informer.

At this point, there are still no announcements and nothing is made official yet about the iPhone 6 but we will soon find out if Apple will push through with these features on its next iPhone.
