The new iPhone 6S is expected to be released in September packed with more storage, Force Touch and a better processor. Apple is reportedly planning to ship 85 to 90 million units of its latest iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus by the end of this year. This is a significant jump from the unit orders before the release of iPhones 6 and iPhone 6 Plus last year.

The new iPhones are expected to be shipped with the touch sensitivity display Force Touch, as reported by 9to5Mac . It will be also packed with a powerful Apple A9 processor and M9 motion coprocessor, a faster LTE-modem, 2 GB of RAM and a 12-megapixel camera with 4K video recording and 240 FPS slow motion. There are also rumors that Apple may use the series 7000 aluminium, which is 60% stronger than standard aluminium that is used for the Apple Watch, reports Alphr.

Apple Inc. has not yet confirmed any launch date. As reported by Forbes , the iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus are expected to be announced on Sept. 18th, when pre-orders will begin. And then it will go on for sale from Sept. 25 according to a leaked email to Mobile News. As reported by PC Advisor , there has been no confirmation from Apple on the price as well. But by drawing reference from the previous models it can be estimated. The price of the iPhone 6 will start at £539 ($AUD 1130), while the iPhone 6 Plus starts at £619 ($AUD 1298).

According to Made In China Gadget, the base model of the future iPhone will start at 32GB of internal storage. Apple’s Taiwan-based manufacturing partner Foxconn revealed that the latest packaging for iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus do not have a “16GB” sticker. The iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus devices are shipped with storage capacities staring with 16GB. But unfortunately, the iOS 8 consumes of about 20% of that. The storage capacity of the Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge starts at 32GB, which is one more reason why it seems that Apple will opt for higher base storage capacities, as reported by Forbes.
