Johnny Depp Sued By a 52-Year Old Woman

Could this mean that Johnny Depp is the complete opposite of the gentleman in Ryan Gosling?

According to reports made by EW, Johnny Depp is being sued by a 52-year-old disabled lady. The woman claims that she was injured by the actor's bodyguards during a concert and that the actor did not do anything to help.

The incident happened during the Iggy and the Stooges concert, at the VIP section where the woman was seated. She was identified as a professor at the U.C. Irvine Medical School.

As per the lawsuit, she said that the security staff of Depp grabbed her, bear-hugged her and even messed up the iPhone she has. She also added that guards handcuffed her and even exposed her around in the public venue with her pants all ripped up already which exposed her behind.

The woman uses a cane to walk and allegedly said that she suffered from injuries which include her left elbow dislocated. The incident made her disabled condition worse that she filed for a medical leave already from her work.

She is all ready to sue Depp along with the Hollywood Palladium for all the distress, discrimination and injury she faced. She deeply believes that her rights were violated. There were reports though made by TMZ that according to police, the woman was intoxicated at the time of the alleged assault.
