International celebrity Justin Bieber arrived in the Philippines on Tuesday to lend a hand to the Haiyan (Yolanda) victims.

According to sources, the 19-year-old's private plane touched down at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport - Terminal 2 at around 7:10 am, which was confirmed by immigration records.

Initially, Bieber auctioned out his graffiti and used spray paints in November, which bore his signature, to raise funds for the typhoon-struck victims.

The Canadian has recently partnered with prizeo.com, wherein a video of him was posted, appealing to people to help out in the cause.

"Hey guys - it's Justin, In the wake of Typhoon Haiyan, its victims in the Philippines need our help - and they need it now. That's why I've decided to partner with Prizeo to raise vital funds for the relief effort," Bieber stated in the video.

"I'm doing something I've never done before: for just a tiny donation to the relief effort, you'll be automatically entered for a chance to hang out with me in the studio early next year and watch me record some new music."

"I'll fly you and a friend over to join me in LA from wherever you are in the world. It's gonna be awesome."
