'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' Star Kylie Jenner Gets Advice From Sisters Khloe And Kim Kardashian About Owning Her Own Home

Kylie Jenner is turning 18 this year and she just can’t wait to move into her own place. The youngest daughter of Bruce and Kris Jenner is getting ready to leave the nest just like the rest of her siblings but the question is if she is ready for the challenge. Kylie’s older sisters Kim and Khloe Kardashian give her the lowdown on home ownership.

Reality TV star Kylie Jenner is turning into quite the mini business mogul like her siblings. She will be turning 18 in August this year and she thinks it’s a good idea to invest in some real estate and get her own house. Kylie thinks that with all her current business projects and the money that she’s getting from her involvement in “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” she can now look into making some major investments.

Kylie’s mom and manager Kris Jenner is fully on board with the idea. She and Kylie have been having some communication problems for a while but she thinks that a little real estate project can help bring them back together. Earlier this season on “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” Kris learned that Kylie is planning to find her own place and move out the moment she turns 18. Instead of freaking out Kris decides to get behind her daughter and support her all the way.

Meanwhile, Kylie’s big sisters are not entirely convinced it’s a good idea. Although they support their sister, they also have some major concerns. In a short clip shared by E Online, Kim and Khloe sit down with Kylie and ask her about some maters that she needs to learn before owning her own house.

Kim starts with the simplest things like laundry but Kylie admits that she doesn’t even know how to do that. Kim is shocked and she starts to give Kylie a list of other things that she still needs to learn. Khloe also contributes and tells Kylie all about fire, flood and earthquake insurance. She also gives some other tips on how to make a safer home including rattlesnake fencing and bolting down hanging objects. Kim goes on to explain about Homeowners Association dues and other matters. Kylie looks completely overwhelmed and Kim gives her a short list of other things that she needs to handle.

After having the talk with her sisters, Kylie starts to waver and tells Kris. She says that she might not be ready for such a big responsibility after all. Kris reassures her and tells her that she is ready for anything that she sets her mind to. Kris also tells her that she will be there to help all the way and that the whole process can be so much fun for both of them. Kylie finally agrees and they decide to go into escrow for the property. It has been reported earlier that Kylie has her heart set on a million Mediterranean-style mansion also in the Calabasas area like most of the family.
