Kim Kardashian And Kanye West's New Neighbours Are Power Couple Beyonce And Jay Z - Reports
Beyonce and Jay Z have reportedly shifted from New York to Los Angeles and are now living close to their friends Kanye West and Kim Kardashian West. The power couple is paying a rent of £100,000-a-month (approx U.S $153780) for their extravagant 1.3 acre home at a posh locality in Los Angeles. The property is worth U.S. $30.5 million in the real estate market, according to various reports.
According to Mirror, the new rented accommodation of Bey and Jay Z has seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms and a 75-foot long gallery for them to display their art collections. The house also boasts of a tennis court, outdoor kitchen, a gym, a massage room and a separate catering kitchen. There is also an “infinity pool” with a waterfall and a luxurious spa inside the house. The website also adds that Bey and Jay Z live “right down the road” from Kanye and Kim's house in Los Angeles' Holmby Hills. Check out the pictures of the property here.
However, the couple's move to Los Angeles started out on a sour note. When they landed in the city from New York, their house was not ready for them. Los Angeles-based Treats magazine held a pre-Oscars bash at the same property and their agent hid the news from them. The couple had to stay at a Beverly Hills hotel for week as the property got ready for their stay, said the website.
The website also adds that the couple is on a hunt for a “perfect home” in Los Angeles but has not found anything interesting yet so they chose to live on rent. It is not the first time Beyonce and Jay Z are living at the same property. One of the richest couple of Hollywood rented out the same property in the summer of 2014 for £35,000 less. This time, they talked directly with the owner for a “cut-price deal.” The couple has also admitted their daughter Blue Ivy into a nearby private school with an annual fee of £10,000 (approx U.S. $153780) per year, adds the website.
Beyonce and Jay Z were recently spotted sitting with reality star Kim when her husband Kanye (who is also Jay Z's “homie) launched his Adidas fashion collection at the New York Fashion Week. Kanye got a standing ovation from the star-studded audience that consisted of Rihanna, Justin Bieber and Vogue editor Anna Wintour, among others.
