Kim Kardashian's Ex-Husband Kris Humphries Gets Bashed On Social Media For His Apparent Mean Tweet About Bruce Jenner
Kris Humphries, ex-husband of reality star Kim Kardashian West has posted what appears to be a mean message about Kim's dad Bruce Jenner, on his Twitter account. The American professional basketball player posted a tweet, which could be interpreted as a sign of relief that he got out of the relation with the Kardashian-Jenner family. Kris posted the tweet after Bruce went public on his decision of “being a woman.”
"Man, I'm glad I got out when I did. #Gottadoyou,” Kris wrote on Twitter soon after his ex-father-in law Bruce's big revelation on Diane Sawyer show. Bruce is getting praised for his revelation on ABC News but Kris' tweet is getting him negative remarks. The basketball star, who was married to Kim in 2011 for just 72 days, is bashed by critics on social media.
A Twitter user by the name @greatbrittania tweeted to @KrisHumphries telling him that he is a “piece of sh-t” because of his words. “Even if that family sucks, what Bruce did helped a lot of people,” the user added. “How were YOU "glad" to get out when Kim was the one that left your iron board head a--,” wrote another Twitter user @_petagayle to Kris. Yet another Twitter user joked that Kris is talking about “getting out of nets” and not Bruce.
Though the basketball player did not take any names, the timing of his tweet was such that it was interpreted to be related to Bruce's coming out. Other Twitter users too are calling him ignorant and heartless because of what he wrote about Bruce. The 65-year-old former Olympian admitted he is transitioning into a woman during an ABC interview with Diane Sawyer Friday night.
The dad to Kendall and Kylie Jenner however said that he is not a gay. Bruce said that people may look at him differently as see his “macho male” side but added that “this female side is part of me, it’s who I am.” He regrets being “not genetically born that way.” Bruce also said that he is undergoing hormone therapy for past one year but is still undecided about plastic surgery.
