Following Lady Gaga’s announcement about their engagement on Valentine’s Day, Taylor Kinney is one lucky guy who captivated the singer’s heart after on the set of her “You and I” music video in 2011. The actor gave the singer a heart-shaped diamond engagement ring with their initial at the back.
"My favorite part of my engagement ring, Taylor and Lorraine [Schwartz] designed 'T♥S' in white diamonds on the band," she wrote on her Instagram account. "He always called me by my birth name. Since our very first date. I'm such a happy bride-to-be! I can't stop smiling!!"
Lady Gaga’s real name is Stefani Germanotta and the ring’s tag price reportedly range from $400,000 to $500,000. But Schwartz hinted that the 6-carat ring’s price is more than the estimates since making the perfect heart shape requires perfection.

- Known for his role as U.S. Navy Seal Jared in 2012’s “Zero Dark Thirty,” Kinney was born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania to a mother who worked as a dental hygienist and a father as a banker. Raised by his mother after his parents divorced, Kinney has three brothers: Adam, Ryan and Trent.
- The actor is currently a series regular on NBC’s “Chicago Fire” as Lt. Kelly Severide. The show follows the lives of firefighters and paramedics working at the Chicago Fire Department at the firehouse of Engine 51, Truck 81, Squad 3, Ambulance 61 and Battalion 25 that premiered on Oct. 2012. The show is currently in its fourth season.
