The LG G3 is among the most anticipated Android devices expected to be launched this year. The LG G3 specs and features are anticipated to take on the recently released Samsung Galaxy S5 on its release date.

In the past, photo leaks of the LG G3 were concentrated in showing the unique panel with the power buttons and volume keys of the device. Just recently, a new photo leak revealed the first frontal look of the next-generation successor to the LG G2, the LG G3. The LG G3 is likely to launch on May 27, at an LG launch event that will be held in New York, San Francisco and London.

The recent leak revealing the full frontal design of the LG G3 came from a Korean Web site and it appears to show that the device is clearly the LG G3.

The LG G3 image leak showcases the front face of the device sporting a 5.5 inches display, which is rumoured to be 2K QHD. As seen in the image leak, the LG G3 will be taller than the LG G2 but the bezels are extremely thin, which is almost non-existent and suggests an edge-to-edge display that frees a significant space for screen.

Given the aforementioned design details, the LG G3 will be generally slim even though it sports a larger display which checks in at 5.5 inches. However, one disappointing aspect of the next-generation LG flagship smartphone is the build, which appears to be a glossy white plastic rather than a more premium aluminium body or a self-healing matte back like the LG G Flex.

At the back of the LG G3, the standard back button with the camera, metal accents around the camera and power button, IR blaster and the volume buttons which are made of plastic.

Thus far, we must take these rumours with a grain of salt and wait for official announcements from LG. As the May 27 launch date approaches, we will get a better idea of what to expect with the LG G3 on release date.
