One Direction member Louis Tomlinson made headlines recently after it was reported that he is to be a father soon to stylist Briana Jungwirth’s baby. The singer has yet to publicly comment on the news. But his actions during a recent show is said to be his first public reaction to the baby surprise.

Louis Tomlinson made his first public appearance following the baby news when he joined One Direction for their “On The Road Again” show in Seattle, Washington. At one point while the singer was on stage, a baby doll suddenly made its way into his hands. It was unclear whether the fans were being supportive of his rumoured fatherhood or whether they were mocking him. Louis was clearly taken by surprise by the crowd’s gesture. According to Mirror UK, he didn’t look too pleased seeing the toy doll that he threw if off the stage.

In the video below the singer could be heard saying, "outrageous it's not real" before throwing the doll off the stage. It's unclear if he was denying any truth to the rumours or if he was merely referring to the baby being a toy.

The singer later broke his Twitter silence following the news about his baby with Briana Jungwirth. It’s unclear whether he was thanking fans for their support for One Direction or for his rumoured impending fatherhood.

A source told US Weekly that Louis Tomlinson didn’t expect to become a father at the age of 23. But he’s reportedly getting excited about the baby.

"He’s become very close friends with Briana this year and now they are looking forward to being parents. He’s definitely going to be there and be a great dad for their baby,” the source said.

The One Direction singer reportedly met Briana Jungwirth shortly after his split from long-time girlfriend Eleanor Calder. According to Mirror UK, Louis Tomlinson and the LA-based stylist started seeing each other since May and have been spotted on several dates.

Another source revealed that “Louis and Briana care about each other very much and have spent a lot of time together privately over the last few months.” The source claimed that they have only been very close friends and that they are not in a relationship. But they are reportedly both happy with the baby news. It’s believed that Louis Tomlinson has been with Briana for all her ultrasound check-ups and will also be there when she gives birth.

However, a representative for One Direction or for Louis Tomlinson has yet to comment on the baby rumours. The singer has also remained mum although his band mates have reportedly denied that Louis impregnated Briana Jungwirth.
