Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello cannot get married yet because of “Magic Mike XXL.” The couple said the Joe would be so busy promoting the movie that getting married during the summer would not be the right time.

Page Six reports that the couple is fine with postponing their ideal summer wedding plans because Joe needs to devote his time and efforts to working and promoting “Magic Mike 2.” We wanted to get married this summer, but Joe will be busy working and promoting Magic Mike 2," Sofia said.

That being said, the wedding date would not be pushed that far away. Sofia said that they would probably tie the knot later this year. "We want to get married at a time when we can get away and make time for a honeymoon, so the wedding will probably be later this year,” the “Modern Family” star explained .

It was back in Christmas Eve when Joe popped the question to Sofia, after only six months of dating. E News broke the report and its source claimed that no one could top how in love the two actors looked. The source added that the way the two talked and touched could not make anyone question why they would plan to get married in the first place. Her friends were equally excited for them.

Sofia's "Modern Family" co-star, Ariel Winter for one told E News that she wish she could help plan the details of the wedding. She also shared how much she adored the two, thinking they are “the most beautiful people on the planet.” Ariel added that their babies would certainly be beautiful.

Reese Witherspoon too, had told Mario Lopez of “Extra” that she is excited for Sofia. She shared that she would be helping with wedding preparations and she would certainly be in attendance during the wedding. Reese and Sofia get to work together on their upcoming movie, “Hot Pursuit,” and Reese had nothing but good words to say about the sexy actress. She added that Sofia is just “funny” and people should see her on this movie and know for themselves what she could do.
