More ‘Pokemon Sun and Moon’ CoroCoro leaks show more Alolan forms, new Pokemon ahead of trailer
Following the new CoroCoro leaks featuring the new Alolan forms for “Pokemon Sun and Moon,” another image has shown up online with some new ‘mons in tow.
Spotted by Serebii, the trusted source for Pokemon news, the new CoroCoro page shows the Pokemon Namakobushi. The only thing known about this so far is that it has the power to send its insides from within the mouth and create a fist out of it to attack.
A recent update shows that Namakobushi may be the Japanese name, and that there are other Pokemon coming to debut in the expected trailer this week. Polygon spotted a few scans of what appear to be scenes from the upcoming trailer.
Among the new Pokemon leaked include Wishiwashi in its solo and school forms. The solo form looks like a little bait fish, while the school form looks like a monstrous fish whose certain parts are made up of fish.
Raichu, which is the evolved version of everyone’s beloved Pikachu, also has an Alola Form. It will become an Electric/Psychic Pokemon that has the Surge Surfer ability. From the looks of it, Raichu will be surfing using his tail.
Morelull is a Grass/Fairy Pokemon that can Illuminate/Effect Spore. Pyukumuku, which appears to be Namakobushi’s English counterpart, is a Water Type with the, quite literal, Innards Out ability.
Previously leaked Alola form, Meowth, is also said to have the Pickup and Technician abilities. The Alola Marowak also has the abilities Cursed Body and Lightning Rod.
Finally, a new member of Team Skull is featured. Known as Plumeria, the admin Plumeria sports skull hair accessories that puts her pink and yellow locks in an almost Harley Quinn-esque pigtails. She is dubbed to be the Big Sister of Team Skull.
For now, the new leaks should be taken with a grain of salt until The Pokemon Company releases the newest Pokemon trailer. “Pokemon Sun and Moon” will be out on the Nintendo 3DS on Nov. 18.
