MSI launches new Immerse GH70 gaming headset with Hi-Res certified driver units
MSI just updated its gaming gear roster. The Taiwan-based company launched the MSI Immerse GH70 gaming headset on Thursday, and plans to release the new hardware before the end of July. The aural peripheral boasts of Hi-Res certified driver units, virtual 7.1 audio and – of course – RGB lighting.
MSI said that its latest gaming gear delivers “incredibly detailed and crystal clear sound” thanks to its 50 mm neodymium driver units that have Hi-Res certification. The headset promises to provide sparkling sound quality whether it’s used for tracking down opponents’ whereabouts or for music immersion. It also comes with virtual 7.1 channel surround sound, which should further enhance gameplay with its 360-degree soundscape. And of course, no MSI gaming hardware is complete without RGB lighting effects, and the GH70 doesn’t miss out on those.
“Including Mystic Light RGB, the Immerse GH70 allows gamers to customise their appearance by choosing from millions of colours and multiple effects using MSI’s exclusive Mystic Light software,” according to the Taiwanese multinational electronics giant. “Using Mystic Light Sync, you can easily synchronise colours and effects with other RGB components and peripherals for a stunning display.”
MSI’s latest offering also promises users extended hours of feel-good gaming. It has an ergonomic design that features a flexible headband and soft ear pads to ensure a comfortable fit. The load of the headset should be evenly distributed without compromising its full enclosure and noise-cancelling functionalities. What’s more, there are two sets of ear pads provided for easy switching between smooth leather and soft cloth.
The MSI Immerse GH70 gaming headset is set to hit stores worldwide in the coming days, although official pricing details have yet to be announced. The new product sports a swivel ear cups design for easy storage and portability, and also comes with a carrying pouch.
