MWC 2015 News: Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet Leaked Images Surface Before March 3 Launch
Sony is not going to release its Xperia Z4 flagship during the upcoming Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2015 tech expo. However, it seems that the Japanese tech giant is poised to roll out the Xperia Z4 Tablet at MWC 2015. A leaked screenshot of the Xperia Z4 Tablet suggest that it will house a 2K display.
The Xperia Z4 Tablet has not been confirmed yet by the Japanese tech company. The leaked snapshot does not reveal the specifications of the device but it does reveal some of its vital information. The Xperia Z4 Tablet leaked image had first surfaced on the Xperia Lounge application and after sometime it was taken down, says the Xperia Blog.
The source claims that the design of the tablet is quite similar to that of the Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact. It also features rounded metal edges, says GSM Arena. Like the previous Xperia tablet models, the upcoming tablet is expected to house a wate and dust resistant exterior. According to the leaked photo of the Xperia Z4 Tablet will be powered by ultra fast processor. Moreover, it will become with a high performance battery along with a lightweight chassis.
Phone Arena speculates that since the forthcoming tablet from Sony is expected to feature 2K display, it would probably support a display resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels or 1600 x 2560 pixels. According to the previous rumours of the Xperia Z4 Tablet, it expected to come equipped with a 10.1-inch display.
Regarding the processor, Phone Arena further predicts that the ultra fast processor may be the new Snapdragon 810 chipset that houses the 64-bit octa-core processor. As far as other features are concerned, the unannounced Sony tablet may feature 4 GB of RAM, microSD storage support for up to 32 GB, and Android 5.0 Lollipop. There is no information on the native storage of the device and the size of the battery.
