Nexus 5 or Motorola X Phone: More Power in One or Two Gadgets?
Motorola X Phone is currently creating a buzz in the smart phone market. Some reports are claiming that the upcoming smart phone will be LG and Google's fifth addition to the line up of Android handsets after the success of the Google Nexus 4 while others suggest Motorola X Phone could released as the new Nexus 5.
Google is predicted to create the Nexus 5 smart phone in a collaborative work with Motorola that they took over in 2011. According to Eaglesrant.com, Motorola X Phone could be the upcoming Nexus 5 smart phone.
The web site's blog stated: "The device referred to by the press as the Motorola X Phone may not carry Motorola's branding after all and it might just be the next 'pure' Google phone, contrary to initial reports that it wouldn't be a true Nexus device."
Nexus 5 or also known as Motorola X will reportedly have a 4.7-inch AMOLED screen display with HD resolution, 2GB of RAM, a 13MP camera and the Nvidia Tegra 4i quad-core processor. A Vietnamese Tinhte blog leaked other specifications of the upcoming smart phone such as the strong Adreno 320 GPU onboard and a 2,000mAh battery and eye-scrolling technology.
For the smart phone design, Motorola X Phone is expected to be thinner and created with a curved rear panel similar to the HTC One. Additionally, Nexus 5 or Motorola X Phone will reportedly become the very first smart phone to have the new Android OS version known as the Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie.
Launch date rumors for the Nexus 5/Motorola X Phone point at the Google I/O even on May 2013 with a release in the Google Play Store in the month of June or July. However, Google and Motorola did not give any statement to confirm or deny the rumored features and specifications of the upcoming smart phone.
