Documents that were leaked online reveals the Nokia Lumia 925 smart phone will have its T-Mobile launch on July 17 together with the Sony Xperia Z. TMO News reports the Windows Phone 8 handset will be given a price tag of $99.99 with a two-year T-Mobile agreement signed while the outright price is $579.

The T-Mobile schedule of events and device launches shows the upcoming major release date for the two devices. "We keep innovating. We're advancing experiences on the Nokia Lumia portfolio whether that means great new benefits for an existing Lumia owner or bringing new showcase devices like the Nokia Lumia 925," Jo Harlow, the Executive Vice President of Nokia Smart Devices, stated.

T-Mobile has not given any statement on the circulating reports about the July 17 release date. The US mobile network operator has confirmed the availability of the Nokia Lumia 925 and Sony Xperia Z but did not reveal the exact release date.

The company is already prepping up for the launch of its 4G LTE network. T-Mobile anticipates that their LTE network will be installed in vicinities able to reach 100 million people starting July with both Sony Xperia Z and Nokia Lumia 925 having the ability to access the T-Mobile LTE networks.

Aside from the Nokia Lumia 925 and Sony Xperia Z, another smart phone identified only as T-Mobile 768 is scheduled for a July 17 release date as well. No details are available about the T-Mobile 768 but web site intomobile.com presumes Huawei or ZTE could produce the device.

The Nokia Lumia 925 Windows Phone 8 handset release in the US is highly anticipated after making its mark in countries like China, Germany and the United Kingdom. The smart phone has a 4.5-inch AMOLED screen display with 1280x768p resolution, 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor, 2000mAh battery, 8.7MP camera with PureView technology, Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), Bluetooth, NFC technology, 1GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage capacity.
