The Nokia XL is powered by dual-core (Qualcomm Snapdragon S4) ARM Cortex-A5 processor, clocked at 1 GHz. The Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo, on the other hand, is powered by a quad-core (Broadcom BCM23550) Cortex-A7 processor, clocked at 1.2 GHz. The Samsung handset comes with 1 GB of RAM, while the Nokia XL comes with a relatively inferior 768 MB of RAM. Moreover, the Nokia XL runs on Nokia X 1.0 UI on top of Google's Android OS, while the Galaxy Grand Neo runs on Android OS v4.2 (Jelly Bean).
Also, the Nokia XL comes with only 4 GB of internal storage, along with microSD card support for expansion up to 32 GB, whereas the Galaxy Grand Neo comes with 8 GB and 16 GB of memory and expansion capacity up to 64 GB.
Camera and Battery
Both the phones sport 5 MP rear-facing camera units with LED flash. While the Nokia XL features a 2 MP front-facing camera, the Galaxy Grand Neo comes with a VGA shooter in the front.
The Galaxy Grand Neo houses a Li-Ion 2100 mAh user-replaceable battery unit, whereas the Nokia XL houses a relatively lesser 2000 mAh user-replaceable battery unit.

Connectivity, SIM and Colour
Both the phones support Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi hotspot and USB charging. However, the Nokia XL supports Bluetooth v3.0, whereas the Galaxy Grand Neo supports Bluetooth v4.0.
