'Pokemon X and Y' New Mega Evolutions Artwork, Sugimori on Next Pokemon Game and Tips to Get Shiny Honedge
[UPDATE: A quick guide to effectively match up your Pokemons' strengths against other Pokemons, all in one easy chart.]
New artwork for mega evolutions of "Pokemon X and Y" have been found online, a number of which you may or may not have yet caught or even found.
Found by Serebii, a Web site that regularly covers anything and everything Pokemon related, has posted the images, which can be found in the link. There are several other Pokemons that you may not have yet encountered, as well as the known starters and Pokemons that can be caught in the game---remember Espurr, the freaky Pokemon with the equally creepy stare? Yes, it's also there.
One interesting mega evolution is the Mega Gyarados, which has already been caught by quite a few players and documented for those who want to also catch it.
What do you think of these images? Are there any Pokemons that have caught your fancy?

A Next Pokemon Game Already Planned?
If there's one thing that you can be sure of the Pokemon franchise, it's that the end is very far from sight.
In a recent interview with We Love Pokemon magazine, "Pokemon X and Y" art director Ken Sugimori has revealed that he already has a few plans on what do with the next game. Reported by Siliconera, it seems that the next generation of Pokemon game will go back to the simpler things in the game.
It's supposed to be a nod back to "Pokemon Red and Blue" (or "Green," if you are in Japan), instead of going for a more complicated and complex route. Of course, even though simpler may be a possible direction for the seventh game, it doesn't mean that it will take away from the experience of "Pokemon X and Y."
The number and variety of Pokemons won't have to disappear with the next game, but the different attacks and items in the game may be subject to change or vary in order to go back to the simple way the game is played.
Would you prefer to go back to the simpler way of playing the game following "Pokemon X and Y"? Or would you like it to build from where the sixth generation has left off?

Another way to obtain the shiny Honedge in "Pokemon X and Y" is to hatch it from an egg, though this may take a while compared to finding it in Route 6.
So far, there are quite a number of ways for you to get a Shiny in "Pokemon X and Y," from the easier Friend Safar method that was revealed recently to the more tedious, but more stable, Chaining or Chain Fishing method.
