While waiting for Kate Middleton to give birth, Prince William and Prince Harry attended two separate military ceremonies, ANZAC Day and the centenary of the Gallipoli Campaign, on Saturday morning, April 25. As the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge awaits for the arrival of their second baby, the British public are keeping their fingers crossed as they hope for a baby girl to carry on the name of Princess Diana.

While the royal baby watch continues to wait for the arrival of the second royal baby, Prince George’s father and uncle are still busy with their royal duties. Prince William joined grandmother Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip for an outdoor service as they share the two-minutes of silence before a wreath was placed at the Cenotaph to honour those who died in wars and other conflicts.

The royal family also watched and listened to politicians and senior servicemen who gave their respects at the memorial. A national day of remembrance, ANZAC Day is celebrated in Australia and New Zealand as it marks the anniversary of the first military action fought by Australians and New Zealanders during the First World War.

Prince Harry and Prince Charles joined forces In Turkey as they were joined by thousands of people and leaders from Commonwealth nations. Known as one of the most horrific disasters of the First World War, last Saturday’s event marks the 100th anniversary of the Gallipoli campaign to honour the bravery of the Allied troops who stormed the peninsula’s beaches in 1915.

The 30-year-old prince also visited the Nek cemetery where he was greeted by young children and families. Based on the Place’s official Instagram, the ginger-haired royal managed to stopped and greet the veterans including Ron Bergman who looked thrilled to meet the bachelor.

Meanwhile, pregnant Kate Middleton is in good spirits while waiting for the arrival of her second bundle of joy. The brunette was spotted on April 20, Monday, as she made her final outing and shopping at Zara Home on Kensington High Street.

Prince Harry stopped by to visit the Duchess before heading to Australia for military meeting. Close friends Guy Pelly and his wife Elizabeth Wilson also visited the pregnant royal and spent an afternoon tea at the Kensington Palace.
