The PS4 is no longer tailing behind in terms of the number and kinds of entertainment apps that it will feature for the launch date for Australia and Europe.

All in all, there will be 18 entertainment apps for Europe on the PS4. However, this doesn't mean that all the regions will have access to them at the same time.

VG 24/7 reports that gamers have the option to choose among the following entertainment apps that they can already use at launch: BBC iPlayer, BBC Sports, Demand 5, BBC News, Netflix, LOVEFiLM, Music Unlimited, Vidzone, IGN and more.

No Pre-orders? No Problem---If You're in London

The battle for PS4 pre-orders had been a tough one, and it's not getting any better for those who weren't able to take part in it with the coming launch this Nov 29. For those unlucky ones, and those who happen to be in London on the Nov 28, this may be a lucky day.

According to Telegraph, Sony has announced that the PS4 launch even at London's Covent Garden on Thursday will feature the PS4 Lounge.

And though the event is a first come, first served basis, those who get there early and already in line can have the chance to get their hands on the PS4 even without that pre-order.

"We really wanted to offer some way for people to buy on launch day," said Fergal Gara of Sony Computer UK & Ireland. "The excitement in the run up to our UK launch has been phenomenal, and we want to thank gamers for their support by giving them the chance to take a PS4 home at the earliest opportunity," the MD and VP added.

More New Games Coming to the PS4

There have been a number of developments for PS4's Basement Crawl, the horror game that has featured only puzzling and disconcerting themes of creepy clowns and babies during its teasers.

Now, Joystiq has found some new screens and a trailer for the game, though it still brings creepy on the screen. The screenshots feature a top view of the game, as it is a strategy game where gamers make traps for enemies.

Though there is still no release date for the game on the PS4, it's said to come very soon, perhaps early in 2014.

Going beyond the PS4 and Xbox One: Check out the developments for PC games like "Star Citizen," "World of Warcraft" and "Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft."

Joining the ranks of getting more details for the game is "Uncharted 4," the game revealed on the last minute as a surprise for PS4 gamers on the eve of the console's launch. IGN has spotted a tweet from Todd Stashwick, the mysterious voice that was heard during the "Uncharted" teaser for the PS4, which sported a number of poses featuring the motion capture suit as well as a dummy in a motion capture suit holding an apple and a rifle.

Whether or not Nathan Drake is still making a comeback in the PS4's "Uncharted," there's still high hopes for it. Meanwhile, check out the screens in the link above and try to make sense of what it's all about.

Lastly, another game that has been hinted to find its way to the PS4 is "Siren" (or "Forbidden Siren"), the Japanese horror series "Siren." According to CVG, this came from a slip-up from PlayStation Romania's PR arm, which has listed the game as being under development for the PS4.

Games on Android that gamers shouldn't miss out on: "Injustice: Gods Among Us," "Hunger Games: Panem Run" and more.

While there have been reports that the "Siren" director Keiichiro Toyama has been said to deny any involvement in whatever has been announced about "Siren," there can still be a ray of hope in what NeoGAF members have found back in August.

A thread stared by Yamibito has spotted that, at the time, Toyama has tweeted a number of old pictures of him related to the "Siren" game, with the more interesting fact that he has tagged #SIREN2013. Of course, these are speculations, and the expectations of the NeoGAF users of a "Siren 2013" reveal in the TGS didn't happen. But given the new developments, it might not be far and that Toyama may really be just playing it safe after the error from the PR arm.
