Rumer Willis Reveals Her Diet Secrets And Denies Reports She Is Dating Val Chmerkovskiy
Rumer Willis has surprised everyone not only by her dance moves during the “Dancing With The Stars” series but also by her extremely toned body. The 26-year-old is one of the contestant at the show that involves staying in the competition by giving exceptional dance performances. In her recent interview with a publication, Rumer opened up about her diet secrets and exercise routine.
The eldest daughter of Hollywood actors Bruce Willis and Demi Moore credits her figure to a healthy diet and her dance rehearsals. Rumer never worked out before the DWTS show but gave stage performance regularly for her show “For the Record.” "I look at myself and I'm like, 'I'm fit! I should be able to do this!'," Rumer is quoted as saying to People in an exclusive interview. "Then I'm like, 'No you're not, you're just skinny. You should be at the gym working your legs and working your abs and your back.”
Though she is not a gym person, Rumer maintains her figure by watching out what she eats. She is not fond of dairy items like milk and cheese and she also has a gluten-free diet. The actress avoids red meat in her diet and says that is “half the reason why I'm in the shape the way I am."
So what does Rumer's diet consist of? She loves to eat chicken, green leafy greens and avocados but at the same time she also has many indulgences. Rumer told the magazine that she has a “gnarly sweet tooth” and a lot of “Haribo gummy bears” are her favourite. She also loves to indulge in French fries and calls them her “guilty pleasure.” Rumer said she is “snob for fries” and is always on a hunt for “best fries places.”
During her recent appearance on The Howard Stern show, the actress also denied reports that she is dating her DWTS contestant Val Chmerkovskiy. Her main focus is on winning the show and dating Chmerkovskiy would shift her focus from winning, said the actress. The actress is one of the 20 contestants in the Season 20 of “Dancing With The Stars,” which airs Mondays on ABC.
