Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is a killer phablet that comes with carefully packaged features and multiplied under the hood performance. It is not a surprise that Samsung is relying on Note 4 to make up for the not-so-impressive sales of the Galaxy S5 released earlier this year. With aggressive marketing strategy and choice of processors, the company is on the right track with the Note 4. Furthermore, potential buyers who would like their device to stand-out from the crowd, there is Samsung Galaxy Note Edge with a unique bent-display. More importantly, we now have information that the Note 4's price might come down in a matter of several months.

At this point, the Galaxy Note 4 is priced at £600 that roughly translates to US$974 and AU$1111. The phablet has just been released in South Korea and China. Also, the device will be released in other parts of the world shortly. If reports are true, the Galaxy Note 4 could see a whopping 34 percent drop in price within three months of its release. In addition, there will also be a 44 percent price drop within one year. This pricing analysis is based on a market study conducted by Idealo and later picked up by IBTimes UK.

Idealo offers price comparison service based on price research and analysis of earlier models of the device. In this case, the company analysed Samsung Galaxy series of phablets to arrive at a conclusion. As per their analysis, the Note 4 will become significantly cheaper in a couple of months.

According to the report, the price of the first-generation Galaxy Note was 92 percent of the starting price after three months from its launch. However, the Galaxy Note's successor was priced at 87 percent of the starting price within the same duration. Interestingly, the Galaxy Note 3's price dropped to 75 percent after three months. Therefore, the Galaxy Note 4 will embark on 66 percent in just three months and will hit the 56 percent mark within one year.
