Slimmer and lighter iPad Air 3 launches in 2016: what to expect
A lot is expected of the iPad Air 3
Expect an even slimmer and lighter Apple iPad Air 3 in 2016 that’s also going to be more powerful and packed with more amazing features.
A lot is expected of the iPad Air 3 considering the intense buzz that continues to swirl around it. The grapevine is rife with reports the tablet will get a highly boosted processor for unrivalled performance. The iPad Air 3 will be slimmer than its predecessor and will be much lighter in its slim aluminium shell.
As for memory, it would be nice if Apple expands the normal 32 GB to help users store as much as they want. If Apple goes for 16 GB storage, however, a microSD card option is greatly desirable, reports Tech Radar.
Speculation whets appetites but the facts we do know say the Apple iPad Air 3’s going to run iOS 9. Since the iPad Air 2 has an A8X chip inside, the iPad Air 3’s expected to have an A9X processor.
Expect Touch ID for its 9.7-inch screen to allow smooth flipping. The iPad Air 3 may see a boost to its display resolution. Unlike the iPad Air 2, the iPad Air 3’s expected to have a Control Center.
We also hope the iPad Air 3 gets a battery boost compared to iPad Air 2’s 10 hours of battery life.
