“Star Wars: The Force Awakens” is one of the most anticipated films of 2015. In a recent interview aerial photographer and helicopter pilot Andy Nettleton, who reportedly worked on the film’s set in Abu Dhabi, has revealed some interesting details about the costumes used in the film.

He said Stromtroopers donned helmets and dwarfs wore craggy clothes to The National. “There were big fairy things, sasquatch [Chewbacca] and dwarfs dressed in ragged clothes. Then you go in the mess for dinner alongside extras with their headgear off, but their lower bodies covered in stuff they’re wearing for the movie,” he added.

The costumes in “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” have been designed by Michael Kaplan. He is the winner of British Academy of Film and Television Arts Award for Best Costume Design in 1983 for designing costumes in “Blade Runner.” Michael has also worked with J.J Abrams in “ Star Trek” and when he was taken on the board he had said that he is excited to take on another sci-fi project. The official look at the costumes of various characters in the film is yet to be revealed.

Meanwhile, Andy also spoke about his experience of working with director Abrams. It was reportedly a privilege for him to work with the director. He said in his interview that he had to “pinch himself” to make himself believe that Abrams was with him on the sets.

He also revealed that English actor Simon Pegg was also present on the sets. He said that Pegg was standing next to him at the salad counter. This has ripened that rumours that Pegg may be present in the film. However, this is not the first time that the actor has been reportedly spotted. He was also present at the “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” sets in London. “I visited the set,” he said back in June last year, according to Yahoo Movies UK. That time he had added he loves “Star Wars” but he does not want audience to watch the film and say “there's is Simon Pegg’s face.” “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” is scheduled to be released in December, 2015.
