Additional promo photos of "Supernatural" Season 9 appeared online as the TV series prepares for its return on the CW Television Network. Spoiler TV shared new "Supernatural" behind-the-scenes images featuring actors Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki as the Winchester brothers as well as Misha Collins as Castiel.

One of the CW promotional photos show actor Misha Collins looking serious as Castiel while the other show the three actors smiling or laughing at something in the promo photo shoot for "Supernatural" Season 9. However, the trio characters will have to seriously deal with a lot of issues in the upcoming season.

An interesting story to look forward to in "Supernatural" Season 9 is character Castiel now that actor Misha Collins became a regular cast member once again in the TV series. The Season 8 finale revealed that Castiel was sent back to Earth without his angel powers so he has to learn how to do human things for the very first time.

Other Season 9 plans point to actor Jim Beaver returning as character Bobby, the chances of having the outcome from Sam and his trials during last season's finale and Jensen Ackles' character Dean Winchester reuniting with a former flame during his teenage years.

"Fans will get to meet Robin, an attractive waitress at a diner she inherited from her father who happens to have shared a sweet puppy love-style romance with Dean almost two decades ago," entertainment Web site E!Online reports but it has not been revealed how waitress Robin will return to Dean Winchester's life.

Fans can find out what will happen in "Supernatural" Season 9 when it premieres on Tuesday, October 8, at 9 p.m. Eastern time at the CW Television Network.
