Taylor Swift considers herself unlucky in love but it appears as if her luck is in favor with the gods as she rocks the red carpet premiere of "The Lorax" with hunk, Zac Efron.

Their onscreen love affair could possibly blossom into an off-screen romance and they definitely look hot together. So what' stopping them?

Country singer and Grammy Award winner, Taylor Swift, hit the red carpet premiere at Universal Studios in Hollywood of the film "Dr. Seuss: The Lorax" in a cream-colored almost nude optical illusion sundress.

Taylor channeled her inner Kate Moss in her chosen outfit while her co-star, Zac Efron opted to showcase his inner James Dean by donning jeans and a black leather jacket paired over a plain white shirt.

Though the two have been friends for long and have been spotted enjoying private meals, Zac Efron and Taylor Swift have no secret relationship.

Despite Zac Efron describing Taylor as a "lovely girl" and "very beautiful", there have been no romantic connections between the two. In fact Zac who has broken up from his long time girlfriend, Vanessa Hudgens, has already moved on to another lovely lady who is set to star in another "Snow White" film, Lily Collins.

Taylor Swift, on the other hand, continues to be a part of the tabloids connected from one hot, single celebrity to another. The latest issue is about Swift having an intimate connection with Eddie Redmayne.

The two were said to have met up when Taylor was auditioning for the role as Eponine in the film adaptation of "Les Miserables." Taylor Swift had lost the part and apparently also lost a chance out of love when Eddie wasn't too fond of the idea of a long distance relationship.

So is a "Zaylor" duo really impossible? Surely there could be a slight chance of romance between the two. Baby steps would always work out and Taylor might already be tugging at Zac's heartstrings. At the red carpet premiere of "Dr. Seuss: The Lorax", Zac Efron admitted that Taylor finally taught him how to play the guitar when he was unable to learn from anybody else.

"She's a great teacher," said Zac Efron said during the Universal City Walk premiere.

"In the past, everyone who's tried to teach me guitar starts with music theory and stuff like that. I tend to just doze off after a little while. She went straight into songs. She taught me, like, four chords, and I'm already playing all the good campfire songs."

Taylor Swift definitely knows a few good moves and she's working on her strengths and "playing" her guitar along the way. A "Zaylor" duo could indeed be possible in the near future. Fans of the two should keep their fingers crossed.
