'Terminator: Genisys' New Images Of The T-800 And Sarah Connor
The producers of “Terminator: Genisys” have released new images of the two lead characters in the movie. The pictures show Arnold Schwarzenegger as the T-800 cyborg and Emilia Clarke as Sarah Connor. The images give the viewers hints about what to expect in the movie. [Warning: Spoilers Alert]
“Terminator: Genisys” will be revisiting the storyline of the two original movies from the franchise. Arnold Schwarzenegger will be seen as a younger T-800 cyborg and an older grey haired version of the cyborg in the movie. The images released by the producers to Empire Magazine, compiled by ComicBook, show the veteran actor playing his iconic role.
Fans of the franchise may remember a young girl being carried away by a man in the official trailer of the upcoming movie. The new images confirm that the young girl in the trailer is Sarah Connor and she is being carried away by a T-800 cyborg. An aged version of the cyborg can also be seen in one of the images in a broken-down building.
One of the images also shows a T-800 from the future. The Endoskeleton robot can be seen driving a futuristic vehicle. The first trailer of “Terminator: Genisys” showed that the movie will take the viewers to the time where the war against the machine is being waged, before Kyle Reese is sent back in time to help Sarah Connor.
There is also an image of Sarah Connor holding a gun in the report. The image is from the scene from a mall that the fans may have seen in the trailer. Kyle Reese is pursued by a more advanced T-1000 in this scene from the trailer.
Oscar winner J.K. Simmons can also be seen in one of the images. The actor apparently plays a character called Detective O’Brien in “Terminator: Genisys.” He can be seen standing next to Arnold Schwarzenegger from a scene in the movie. The actor has not featured in any of the trailers of the movie released so far.
“Terminator: Genisys” is slated to be released on July 1, 2015 in Australia, U.S, Canada and New Zealand. Fans of the franchise in the UK will be able to watch the movie on July 3 in the movie theaters.
