All the Apple lovers in the U.S. can expect the new gigantic screen iPad Pro to go on sale by the coming week. Starting Nov. 11, the newly launched 12.9-inch tablet will likely be available for purchase from the company’s online store as well as retail outlets. Here are the top five features of the device which might entice the users to grab their own.

Apple claims the device to sport the “Epic Retina Display” with 12.9-inch screen with a resolution of 2732 x 2048 pixels which comes to 265 pixels per inch (ppi). “The highest resolution display ever in any iOS device,” claims Apple. The iPad Pro is just 6.9mm thick and weighs 1.57 pounds. The refined and most advanced Multi-Touch technology delivers incredible accuracy. The display elements are incorporated to deliver the best possible contrast ratio, uniform color and brightness.
Multitasking Features
The sturdy, yet thin and easy to hold device sports new multitasking features designed to help users to do more at the same time. The latest iOS 9 brings in Split-Screen multitasking, letting users to open and work on two apps simultaneously. Moreover, Picture-in-Picture allows users to play a video or take part in FaceTime video calls while using another application.
Faster Processor
“iPad Pro is the most advanced and powerful iPad we have ever made,” said Philip Schiller, Apple’s senior vice president of Worldwide Marketing.
Under the hood, Apple iPad Pro packs the top end powerful new 64-bit A9X chip, which “provides desktop-class CPU performance.” According to a report in Techno Buffalo, the A9X is 1.8 times faster than the A8X. This is coupled with a huge 4 GB of RAM and 32 GB or 128 GB storage options. Despite the massive screen, Apple claims that the latest iPad Pro will provide all-day battery life.
Accessories
The utility of the new iPad Pro is further enhanced by the smart accessories. The thin and elegantly designed Smart Keyboard sports the new QuickType features of the latest OS. It can be effortlessly connected to the iPad via a Smart Connector port, eliminating the requirement of a separate battery or Bluetooth pairing. It is also easily foldable and can be converted into a Smart Cover while not in use.
The iPad Pro brings in Apple’s first even stylus, the Apple Pencil. Advanced sensors of the precision device enable users to seamlessly draw and sketch with remarkable flexibility. The pressure-sensitive Apple Pencil can make out the difference in touch with variable position, force and tilt.
Powerful Speakers

The iPad Pro comes in three colours including Silver, Gold and Space Grey . The 32 GB and 128 GB Wi-Fi only iPad Pro come with a price tag of US$799 (AU$1198) and US$949 (AU$1329) respectively. Users will also have to purchase the Apple Pencil and Smart Keyboard separately at $99 (AU$138) and $169 (AU$236), respectively, reports Mac Rumors.
