UK retailer GAME still unable to deliver Pip-Boy Edition of “Fallout 4” to customers
“Fallout 4” is currently available to tons of gamers worldwide as the launch date has been reached and all copies of the game have rolled out. However, it seems a certain retailer has failed to deliver on the launch date as many players have not yet received the sought-after Pip-Boy edition of “Fallout 4.”
UK retailer GAME is still yet to deliver the Pip-Boy Edition of “Fallout 4” to customers who have already pre-ordered the game. This has been on-going since the release of the game, but Eurogamer reports that the retailer has issued a statement to those affected by the delay. GAME apologises for the wait of the Pip-Boy Edition to some customers, and the retailer once again reminded them of a possible short delay before the orders are delivered.
Aside from that, the retailer mentioned a vague reason for the delay in the Pip-Boy edition of “Fallout 4.” GAME mentioned that the banks and PayPal responsible for the pre-orders are not accepting the payment to be taken, thus rendering the order invalid. Customers reached out to GAME stating that they have not changed their account details, so there should be no problem in the processing of fees.
“GAME can confirm that these payment issues were not caused by our systems, and instead arose due to customers' banks or PayPal accounts not allowing payment to go through. This is mainly caused by expired bank account details,” said UK retailer GAME.
As of now, GAME still has no concrete date as to when the Pip-Boy Edition of “Fallout 4” will be made available to customers but it stated that it is doing its best to sort out the issue. The Pip-Boy Edition has been one of the most sought-after gaming items. It’s been sold out just a few days after it was revealed at E3. Several Amazon listings for the Pip-Boy Edition have appeared to reach to thousands of dollars, Gamerant reports.
