Unlocked 32 GB Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge now on eBay for $499
The 32 GB Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is now available on eBay for only $499 (AU$716). The said amount has a 31 percent discount off the smartphone's original price.
The units that are being sold on eBay used to be AT&T devices. However, they have since been unlocked and are now open for any network that users want to work with, as pointed out by Tech Times.
It must be noted, though, that despite being former carrier phones, all of the Galaxy S6 Edge units are guaranteed to be brand new. However, since the gadgets' boxes had to be opened so that the smartphones could be unlocked, some users might complain of "minor blemishes." Still, the devices will be looking new as they have never been used for any other purpose.
Unfortunately, the only colours that are available are white and black. Plus, the smartphones are only available to potential buyers who are situated in Australia, Canada, the United States, United Kingdom and Germany.
Tech users who are more interested in a Galaxy S6 unit than a Galaxy S6 Edge also has a handset that they can purchase. Tech Times has previously reported that T-Mobile is selling Galaxy S6 units for $580 (AU$825), plus a car charger - to make the deal more special. Galaxy S5 units are also available in the same promo and will cost $400 ($AU569), also with its own car charger.
The Galaxy S6 Edge, which was launched into the market earlier this year, features an all metal exterior, pretty much like Apple's iPhone 6. What separates it from its Cupertino rival, though, is that it boasts a 5.1-inch curved screen with 1,440 x 2,560 pixel resolution. It is powered by an Exynos 7420 chipset and features 3 GB of RAM.
Its primary camera has 16 mega pixels. It must be noted that the Galaxy S6 Edge is up for some huge competition with the slate of smartphones that are going to be released soon.
