The power-house "Motorola DROID Turbo" can now be purchased from Verizon. And yes, it is a Verizon-exclusive smartphone. Here is a list of pricing plans and details on the available variants.

The DROID Turbo device is offered as two variants in Black and Red hues. Moreover, buyers will also get a chance to pick a "Ballistic Nylon" rear panel if they choose to. Meanwhile, the non-Nylon model with 32 GB of in-built storage option can be availed in three different pricing plans, according to Phone Arena.

The very first pricing plan will set the buyers back at a retail price of $600 down to $200 under a two-year Verizon contract. Notably, the contracted price should be paid upfront and it will make the buyers qualify for an upgrade right after 2 years. Moreover, the second option is to opt for Verizon EDGE. This will make the Turbo $0 down coupled with 24 monthly payments of $25. Plus, the buyers will be eligible for a $10 to $25 monthly discount option based on the chosen data plan.

The final, straight-forward option is to purchase the Motorola DROID Turbo without a contract for the full-retail price of $600. Upon placing the order online, buyers can also pick up the handset from Verizon retail stores. In the case of Ballistic Nylon variants, the price remains the same. However, there is no Red colour option and hence buyers may need to settle for Black. But then, this model becomes irresistible with a 64 GB model and the quoted price is $249 under a two-year Verizon contract with $27.08 monthly payment on Verizon EDGE. On the other hand, buyers can also opt to buy the handset contract-free for $650.
