Just when everyone thought that Lindsay Lohan would be happy to escape three-year imprisonment when the felony grand theft was reduced to a misdemeanor and was sentenced only to 120-day jail time.

But the ‘Mean Girls’ actress, Lindsay Lohan is reportedly upset about the jail sentence she received from Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner Friday.

The LA judge ruled that LiLo had violated her probation for a 2007 drug and drunk driving offense after she was embroiled in the $2,500 stolen necklace from a Venice jewelry store.

Sautner according to media reports sentenced Lohan to four months behind bars and 480 hours of community service, which will be spent, as mandated by the court, in a morgue and women’s correctional center.

"She is fine," producer Nathan Folks told People Magazine of the 24-year-old actress. "Obviously, she is upset about [being sentenced to four months in jail]."

Folks, who is a close friend of the ‘Parent Trap’ star also explained why Lohan is upset about the court rulings.

"She is angry because she has been working so hard on turning her life around," Folks said, according to People. "She didn't do what they said she did. She didn't steal that necklace."

After attending the court hearing Friday, Lohan spent five hours in custody but was quickly released after posting bail at $75,000.

Her next court appearance is on June 3. She is also expected to appear in court on July 21 to bring the status of her 2007 probation case and the court had ordered the actress to appear in person in both occasions.
