The newest expansion follows the sequence of downloadable add-ons that 2K has previously announced. According to the official WWE website, “2K Showcase: Hall of Pain” is the third of seven DLCs planned for release. It follows “Accelerator” and “One More Match,” the former bringing additional players while the latter has a similar offering as “Hall of Pain,” only with different story focuses. The next DLC appears to bring in more features and even more playable characters to watch out for.
“WWE 2K15” Hall of Pain DLC is story-driven, and it will feature nine playable WWE superstars and three new arenas. The arenas are Vengeance and SmackDown from 2011 and WrestleMania 29. A world of pain is expected to drop on Feb. 17 worldwide, so make sure to get some painkillers ready by then and set to dominate. “Hall of Pain” is part of the $24.99 Season Pass, which also includes unlockable WWE Diva Paige, some unlockable contents in the base game and three more campaigns in 2K Showcase mod, according to Cinema Blend. Without the Season Pass, the DLCs are priced individually at $9.99.
