And then there were four. The judges for the US ‘X-Factor’ have finally been revealed when Latina singer, Demi Lovato tweeted a picture of her and two new female artists #girlpower to join her on the judges’ panel. It’s official: Kelly Rowland and Paulina Rubio will sit on the judges’ panel of the US ‘X-Factor’ Season 3!

Though Demi earlier expressed hoping to have Britney Spears sitting by her on the panel and to have Lady Gaga on the show as the two other names vied for the vacant seats, it looks like The Boss, Simon Cowell had his way... again.

"I wish Britney would come back. My next pick is Lady GaGa though, she's so cool," Demi was quoted as telling UsWeekly by MTV.co.uk., in a separate report by IBTimes-AU.

Simon earlier noted that having big names on the show is not an option and that he is looking forward to having judges that will have “a lot to say” and with brilliance and artistry to be “translated to ratings.”

"Simon delivered a simple message - forget the big names and go for chemistry,” a source was quoted as telling New York Daily News, adding, “"He said all these shows have become distracted by signing celebrities rather than judges who really have something to say. We have all seen that big names don't translate into big ratings.”

And the media mogul is hopeful that both Kelly and Paulina are what Simon and the show are looking for.

Simon said, “It’s taken more than a decade but I’m delighted to finally be on a panel with three girls (I think!). Paulina and Kelly both have great taste and massive experience in the music industry and together with Demi, this is going to be a fun panel. It just feels like the time to do something different.”

The balls now are in the court for Paulina and Kelly. This is not the first time for Kelly to work with Simon as the two already sat as judges for ‘X-Factor’ UK.

“I am very excited to be reuniting with Simon Cowell," Rowland was quoted as saying by The Hollywood Reporter, adding, ““It feels great to be able to take this journey here at home in the states!”

Mexican singer and actress, Paulina Rubio for her part, has given Simon an earlier warning when tapped for the job.

She said, “Simon, be careful what you wish for, let’s see if you are ready to handle me, empieza la fiesta, amigo!” (loose translation: the party begins, friend).

And as for Demi, the Latina beauty has already proven herself in the past season and the chemistry between her and Simon has been monumental : that Simon asked for her return. It’s still unsure if Demi however, will lose weight as earlier reports claim - - that the ‘X-Factor’ honchos were asking Demi to shed off some weight. Once an anorexia, Demi has had struggles with weight through the years and no words whether or not she would heed to the demands of the Fox officials.

Unless Simon says so?

‘X-Factor’ USA kicks off its audition in Charleston, South Carolina, Tuesday May 21. And the boss wasn’t there to greet the fans and contestants, tweeting that he was “trapped in an island.” But the girl power sets in and all is well, that ends well, even with Boss Simon came in late for the first day of ‘X’Factor’ audition.
