The E3 2014 has almost reached a full circle since the epic battle of unveiling between the PS4 and Xbox One just barely a year ago. Now, the next E3 is almost here. Microsoft seems to be bent on absolving its next-gen console, the Xbox One, from what is known to be the fiasco of their next-gen console reveal.

With only around 33 days before the 2014 Xbox E3 Media Briefing, the event for Microsoft at the E3 2014 has already been detailed over at the Xbox Wire. Titled "Xbox: Game On," the Xbox E3 2013 Media Briefing will be held on Monday, June 9, at 9:30 am PDT.

Those who are lucky enough to get through can enjoy in-depth looks at announced games, as well as unannounced titles, which would be coming in 2014 and beyond.

For a live streaming, Major Nelson has announced pre-show coverage will be available for the Xbox.com, Xbox Live and Windows Phone, while those in the US can watch Spike TV for the coverage at 9:30 am PDT.

'Halo' at the E3 2014

"Halo" may also be making some appearances or announcements at the E3 2014, but potentially in the form of the TV series and the digital feature more than the game for the Xbox One, as these two have been spotted to have developments.

GameRanx reports the previously being hammered out deal with Showtime has finally been finalised, so viewers can either choose to watch the upcoming Steven Spielberg "Halo" TV series, so it will come to both Showtime and the Xbox One. So it's possible that Xbox will be announcing more on the content and what to watch out for come E3.

Also, as a reminder for those who aren't aware, Ridley Scott is already on board to create a digital feature for "Halo." The feature will be under the care of 343 Industries (also the developer of the upcoming "Halo" game for Xbox One) and Xbox Entertainment.

There's also word from Xbox One boss himself, Phil Spencer, that there will be news related to "Halo" announced during the E3 2014. Hopefully, there will at least be a hint of what's coming for the Xbox One game. But other than that, it's safe to assume the news will primarily be the entertainment arm of "Halo."

Japanese RPG Exclusive to Xbox One Hinted to Debut Before TGIS

Way back in March, IGN has reported the revelation of Xbox One exclusives from Japan to be developed by a renowned Japanese studio. It seems this is to highlight the Xbox One's launch and lifetime in Japan, which will be complemented by the creation of games from local studios.

There was a mention of Microsoft showing something at TGIS, particularly Spencer. "I'm looking forward to go to Tokyo Game Show this year, and I want to show everyone something never seen before," he said.

While this message seemed to be talking about the Japanese studio-developed exclusives, it may actually be another project, because Spencer has just confirmed via Twitter the E3 2014 will hold surprises and announcements for the expected JRPG.

Responding to an inquiry asking if fans can expect "Japanese stuff" at E3 or if they have to wait for TGS, Spencer replied. "You won't have to wait until TGS."
