Respawn Entertainment is ready for the release of its latest DLC, Expedition, and as proof, it looks at the Runoff map in its latest blog.

Basically, Runoff is a map that will give you a number of pathing options for Titans without having to constrict your game. From canals to upper levels, you can easily get into these different paths to fight with your Titans, and as the screen suggest, it can be a mix of tight quarters and massive grounds for fighting.

"I had originally sketched out Runoff about a year ago but due to time constraints we had to cut it from the main game," said Geoff Smith, designer at Respawn Entertainment, at the official Titanfall web site. "So, after we had finished the main game and started talking about DLC, I opened up Runoff to see if it would play well."

The developers detail the layout of Runoff, which includes three main buildings, the biggest of which has inlet tubes at the center. One other building has sky-bridge connections and billboards and trenches that connect buildings.

One slip-up into the trenches may be time-consuming for you to get back in the game, as the trenches only have ramps at the end of the two ends of the map, but they can also become your escape route when backing out of a fight.

If you're the type to enjoy a challenge and different types of play per game mode, Runoff seems to be the map for you. Hit the link above to check out a few sketches and some screenshots of the upcoming Runoff map.

Issues for the Xbox One and PC sighted

Even with the Runoff map and Expedition DLC teased, you may want to hold off on some Titanfall gaming, at least until a new issue gets fixed.

Venture Beat has spotted the "no server found" error that's currently plaguing Xbox One and PC players of Titanfall. According to the report, loading up the game and trying to connect for an available server would result in the message, though Microsoft seems to be aware of the problem already.

An update was spotted over at the Xbox Live Status page saying, "Xbox One members, are you having a hard time matchmaking on Titanfall? Don't worry, we're currently working to resolve this issue right away and we appreciate your patience during this process."

Quoting a tweet from the official Titanfall Twitter account, the developers have also acknowledged that it may be Xbox Live Compute that's having the problem. "Xbox Live Compute is having an outage. Microsoft is aware and investigating."

As of now, it's already been fixed, though keep checking in case you are still having problems.

Titanfall figures made official by Threezero

Is the Titanfall game not enough for you? If you're a diehard fan of the sci-fi franchise, you may want to get your hands on the Threezero Titanfall products, which feature the Titanfall: Atlas, as teased at the Thailand Toy Expo.

GameSpot reports that the teased figure is just a prototype that stands at 20.5-inches. It was teased with a 6-inch tall pilot that can be placed inside the titan.

It's a pretty impressive piece of work, and if you want to see more titans and pilots in Threezero's lineup, you'll be happy to know that they are working on other variants, which will be up for preorders later this year.
