For those keeping an eye on where to get the Xbox One, Amazon has it back in stock for only $499.

At the time of this writing, there are still seven options, ranging from the lowest $499 to the higher priced bundles from other sellers. Some of the retailers are selling it a slightly higher price which include the following:

- $593.99 with $2.99 shipping at Chachi Toys with nine left in stock

- $597.98 with free shipping at Stellar Trading Storefront with nine left in stock

- $594.99 with $3.99 shipping at Kingsville HIT

- $609.99 with $3.99 shipping at Pens

- $699.99 with $3.99 shipping from Turn to Start

There's no telling where these stocks, particularly those coming from Amazon firsthand, will last, so better get to placing your orders.

Xbox Fitness To Get A Subscription In 2015?

For the meantime, Xbox Live Gold members can access the Xbox Fitness for free. It has since then been one of the more well-received apps among Xbox One's lineup.

It makes good use of the improved Kinect in tracking your body as you sweat and try to get fit and even measures other factors like your temperature and which parts of your body are getting the burn with the exercises.

Polygon reported that Microsoft does have plans of expanding Xbox Fitness to have more workouts from different trainers, which can be the reason for the possible paid subscription once 2015 hits.

*Assassin's Creed games may be coming in 2014: Read the details here.

Redditor Regun14 has found this potential clue, as seen in the image in the link. In the fine print of what appears to be a promo to get 12 months for the Xbox Live Gold (and therefore, unlimited access to Xbox Fitness), a fine print points to the paid subscription:

"Starting January 2015, unlimited access requires a paid Xbox Fitness Pass subscription and an Xbox Live Gold membership (both sold separately). Additional Xbox Fitness content is available for purchase, and may vary over time."

Whether the paid subscription is for access to the Xbox Fitness as an app or premium content offered to additional payers is not specified, but that would be a good deal for those who don't want to have additional fees on top of the Xbox Live Gold membership.

XIM4 Progressing Keyboard And Mouse Support For Next-gen

The "Xbox Input Machine," shortened to XIM, has been progressing as a hack for gaming consoles, and the XIM4 version now enables the hack to extend its capabilities for the next-gen consoles Xbox One and PS4.

*Tech news: The pegged release date for the Samsung Galaxy S5 has been revealed. The question is, which of these concept designs may actually look like the real thing? Read the full story here.

Created by OBsIV, Slashgear reported this hardware system has evolved from what it was 6 years ago (meant for the Xbox 360) to become the ultimate hack for those who want to win, win and win some more in games.

The new developments for XIM 4 is that it now has Smart Translators, which allowed the system to bypass what the developers have optimized to be joystick-played games to allow for the use of wireless and even "surface-free" mouse gaming.

Part of the change list of the XIM4 includes support for next-gen consoles, real-time wireless configuration via mobile devices, cross-over controller support, precision for mouse translation when playing games and even real-time wireless configuration via mobile devices.

The project is still in beta mode accessible for the XIM community. But according to the report, the creator is targeting a release by Q1 of 2014.
