According to Mashable.com, there were an estimated 3,000 fans at the event. Screaming fans were lined from Hollywood Boulevard, up the red carpet all the way to the theater doors.

Necomers Elizabeth Olsen, who plays the Scarlet Witch, was also at the premiere. The Hollywood Reporter also reported that Olsen said she was just getting used to being a part of such a big project. The "Red Lights" actor also added that she enjoys the fact her character fought with power rather than strength or force.

Jackson and Cobie Smulders on the stage before the screening. Aaron told Usatoday.com that the Marvel fan base was "incredible" and more "insane" than his 2014 movie "Godzilla" fans.
The premiere also featured wax figures superhero counterparts. Stan Lee, the co-creator of The Avengers and the film's executive producer, also attended the premiere.
After the screening of the movie, the cast and their director celebrated at the Ohm nightclub at Hollywood and Highland. "Age of Ultron" will be Josh Whedon's last Avengers movie. According to Cinemablend.com Joe and Anthony Russo are set to direct "Avengers: Infinity War."
Before attending the premiere, the main cast of the movie appeared in "Jimmy Kimmel Live."
