Diablo 3 goes into the realm of monsters

There's more to Diablo 3 this time around as Blizzard officially announced Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls, a new expansion for the game.

This time, expect more Crusader class, increased level caps, and a new boss enemy in the form of Malthael. Polygon reports that this new boss is a fallen angel of death who leads his own legion, with plans on the demon and human race.

New monsters are also to be expected, from seraphs to Death Maidens, as well as a new system for better loot. Several endgame choices are also being experimented on by the developer, particularly adding loot runs and upgrades to the paragon system to affect characters on a single account.

The release date for the expansion has not yet been detailed, but it seems like Blizzard is working really hard to deliver more gaming experiences for Diablo 3.
