Calum Best, known for claiming he was the one who turned Lindsay Lohan gay, now shares that the "Freaky Friday" star caught him in bed with another girl. This however, is only one of the many things characterising their “troubled relationship.”

In his new book, “Second Best,” Calum dished out what transpired during his short-lived relationship with “Mean Girls” star, Lindsay Lohan. The two dated in 2007, but broke up in a span of months.

According to him, the relationship made him experience “some of the worst moments” in his life. The son of late George Best claimed that them being together was a bad idea because they were “combustible.” He shared that both of the love partying a lot and it makes things “tempestuous.” When they went out to party, he always ended up flirting with other girls, even in front of Lohan. Ultimately, one day Lohan caught him hanging with another girl in his hotel room. Despite their tumultuous relationship, Best claimed Lohan is a “lovely girl.”

This is not the first time Best talks of his time with Lohan. Earlier this year, he shared to Perez Hilton that he did not stay in contact with Lohan after breaking things off. However, he said he believe that things are cool between them and that he has nothing bad to say about Lohan. He also heaped most of the blame on himself for the breakup, saying he was “pretty screwed up at the time to be fair.” He added that the constant media presence and attention did not help.

Immediately after their relationship, it could be remembered that Best even shared to the public that he was the one who turned Lohan into a lesbian. After their breakup, Lohan dated Sam Ronson for a while, which also ended after a while. Speaking at the BT Digital Music Awards, Best shared that he has nothing but best wishes for Lohan and her lesbian lover Ronson. At the time, the media attention Lohan had been receiving was at all time high and Best even shared his pity for her situation. He even said that girls like Lohan and Britney Spears, who were so stuck in the public eye cannot do anything without anyone talking about it. He added that although some would milk that attention, it can be difficult for them too. He said overall, he is happy if Lohan likes girls. Lohan’s attraction to girls has been short-lived though, as she started to date guys again soon after her messy breakup with Ronson. She herself labeled herself straight despite her lesbian romance.
