Demi Lovato Snapped Getting Flirty with The X-Factor Boss, Simon Cowell? [PHOTOS]

Could Demi Lovato be flirting with her Boss, Simon Cowell who is almost three times her age? The X-Factor judge, who has an immense followers and supporters on social media, appeared to be too close for comfort with boss, Simon Cowell at the Fox Upfront Function held in Los Angeles last week.

A series of photos of Demi and SiCo had emerged on the web, showing Simon Cowell getting too close to Demi’s ears, whispering what could be something the 20-year old singer loved to hear, based on her reaction. Demi was photographed wearing big smiles as her boss, Simon Cowell was whispering sweet nothings and wrapping his arms around her at the photo shoot before army of photographers.

Simon and Demi both appeared for the Fox Upfront Function in upbeat spirit. But wait, hold your horses! Millions of Demi’s followers on Twitter and on Facebook could heave a sigh of relief as Demi pointed out he has no interest in her boss when recently interviewed at Jimmy Kimmel’s show.

When asked if there could be any “romance” brewing between her and the boss, Demi has this to say: "No. He parts his hair down the middle."

This means, had Simon parted his hair sideways, there’s a chance? Still unlikely as recent reports have it that Demi has expressed love for a Jonas?

Demi, who is reportedly bound for Top Three on Billboard with her fourth studio album, “Demi,” is the only judge retained by Simon Cowell for the X-Factor show. But she has been open about having Britney Spears and Lady Gaga to sit with her and Cowell on X-Factor judge panel.

"I wish Britney would come back. My next pick is Lady GaGa though, she's so cool," Demi was quoted as telling UsWeekly by MTV.co.uk.

But Demi’s boss wasn’t on the same page with her as Simon Cowell reportedly brushed off having big names on the show as “they don’t necessarily translate into ratings.”

"Simon delivered a simple message - forget the big names and go for chemistry,” a source was quoted as telling New York Daily News, adding, “"He said all these shows have become distracted by signing celebrities rather than judges who really have something to say. We have all seen that big names don't translate into big ratings.”

Chemistry is one of the top things Simon loves about Demi and that’s why she is returning on X-Factor.

"Chemistry is top of the list of demands for next season. [Only Demi will return because her chemistry with Simon was] the best thing about the panel last year," the source said.
