‘Destiny’ The Taken King Armsday weapons, patch does not nerf Black Spindle Exotic rifle
There are a lot of weapons that can be obtained with “Destiny” as Armsday Reset comes for players to test some weapons. This comes alongside a new patch released by Bungie, as well as a new chance to obtain the coveted Black Spindle.
With the Armsday Reset, players who are at Level 1 or higher can access the Foundry Orders. According to VG 24/7, ordering any of the weapons by Sunday of that same week will make them available come the next week.
The report also outlines the week’s bounties as well as the Foundry weapons. The bounties can be earned using the weapons that they come with, so that players can earn the appropriate reputation. To access these, players need to go to the Gunsmith Banshee-44 to take their pick of the weapons.
Another one of the exotic weapons that were put up for grabs a second time is the Black Spindle. This exotic weapon is no longer a secret to “Destiny” players after it was revealed to be the reward for going through the “Lost to Light” mission. But its difficulty is also no secret as it is a reward that players do need to work for to obtain.
Now, players who have yet to get the Black Spindle now have the chance to do so, GameZone reported. The Daily Heroic features Lost to Light, so the rare weapon was back or business.
But at the same time that players were given the chance to earn the Black Spindle in the Daily Heroic, Bungie has also announced via its official Twitter that a new patch was coming to the game. For players who may have been expecting the Black Spindle to receive the appropriate nerfing, the good news is that the rare sniper rifle still features the massive 310 damage even after the patch, GameRant reported.
Still, the patch did fix up a few bugs, including Valus Ta’aurc missing loots after his defeat. Other fixed areas include the exploit power for Titan Sunbreakers.
The video below shows a guide on how players can obtained the Black Spindle. Other players who have tackled the Lost to Light mission have advised that it is best to do it with a fireteam for more power.
