Former Neighbour Sues Justin Bieber Yet Again For His Offensive 'Little Jew' Remark
Justin Bieber's legal troubles never seem to end. The 21-year-old pop star has been sued by his former neighbor, Jeff Schwartz--whose house he also egged in the past. Schwartz said Bieber caused him and his wife emotional distress and claimed that the pop star's bodyguard called him a "little Jew boy.”
According to latest lawsuit details obtained by TMZ, Bieber's bodyguard reportedly insulted Schwartz and his family (including his minor daughter) during two separate incidents. The first incident took place over Memorial Day weekend of 2013 while the second one happened in January 2014, said TMZ. The January incident happened much before Schwartz's house was egged by Bieber, for which the actor was ordered by court to pay U.S. $80,000 for the repairs to Schwartz. The court ordered Bieber to complete five days of community service and stay away from Schwartz and his family for two years. He was also asked to attend an anger management program.
In the recently filed lawsuit, the former neighbor claims one of Bieber's bodyguards called him a "little Jew boy," and repeatedly said, "What are you going to do about it, Jew boy?" The incident allegedly took place when Schwartz and a friend confronted the singer for speeding in his Ferrari. Bieber's “Jew” comments caused “emotional distress” to Schwartz, said TMZ, citing the lawsuit.
The former neighbour claims that the “Baby” singer and his people “terrorised” him with “loud parties and drag races.” He also added Bieber spit on him on one occasion. The singer has however denied the allegation. Bieber recently appeared on the Comedy Central Roast, the promos of which were inspired by the infamous egging incident. The singer was ridiculed and made fun of by many celebrities on the show, which will be aired on March 30.
After the show ended, the Canadian singer apologised to his fans for his bad behaviour in past. He told the audience that he is aware of the fact that he has not been up to his best behaviour in past but wants it to change. Bieber also told the audience that he became famous at a very young age hence could not handle fame properly.
