Gaming News: 'GTA 5’s' Stimulus Package Rolls Out in Full; New Characters for 'J-Stars Victory Vs' 'Battlefield 4' Update Out
"GTA 5's" GTA$ stimulus package has been one of the most anticipated features expected to come sometime this week, but it looks like Rockstar Games has a bigger surprise in store for fans.
Gamepur has spotted at Reddit a "GTA 5" gamer who has already received his GTA$ stimulus package. And instead of the advised two-installment worth $250,000 each, the entire $500,000 was deposited to his in-game account.
Redditor 2010app9357 said, "The stimulus came tonight... all 500k at once," along with the image of his transaction page, as seen in the link above.
Developer Rockstar Games did announce that the GTA$ stimulus package will be rolling out after the latest "GTA 5" update has been released. But if you haven't gotten your stimulus package yet, it's likely that you are just at the latter end of the list, but it will get there. The promised roll-out time frame was within 24 hours.
The only question is whether or not the sudden and big payout will affect the economy of GTA 5 Online, or if the title update is enough to provide a balance to the game.

"J-Stars Victory Vs" is a brawler game that pits your favorite heroes against each other in celebration of the 45th anniversary of Weekly Shonen Jump. But sadly, the game has only been confirmed for a Japanese release on March 19, 2014 for the PS3 and PS Vita.
